This 18-minute loving kindness meditation is designed to strengthen feelings of kindness towards yourself and others. 


You are welcome to do this meditation seated or lying down - depending on what is most comfortable to you.


You will be guided through my voice and some calming music to allow yourselves really go within, and quiet down the mind. Once we begin, you do not need to do anything apart from be guided by my voice – so you can really let yourself relax into this space, and gently follow the instructions .
