Join my programme
Join me on the virtual mat for 4 weeks of mindful movement, self-connection and space to rest- all whilst finding community and trying out different styles of yoga so you can find what works for you, and add more tools to your healing toolbox.
Styles of yoga covered in this programme:

WEEK 1: Gentle Hatha - we combine body movement with the breath, to connect within, and return to the present moment.

WEEK 2: Yin yoga – by holding postures passively, we tap into the more restorative qualities in the body, giving ourselves permission to find rest and heal.

WEEK 3: Chair yoga - a seated practice where we will make yoga asana shapes whilst seated in a chair.
-
WEEK 4: Yoga Nidra – practiced lying down, this is the perfect practice for rest and healing for it helps soothes your nervous system.
For all classes - variations are offered for almost all poses and props will be encouraged – so that you can find what feels comfortable in your own body. Open to all, there is no need to be flexible to join. My approach to yoga is all about adapting the pose to the body, rather than the other way around.
