Vision / Mission

My mission is to support others in their healing and wellbeing - whether they are dealing with chronic illness or pain, mental health issues or are on their pregnancy/motherhood journey - I seek to make yoga and meditation more accessible to all.

 

My philosophy is all about adapting the postures to the body, rather than the other way around. 

Story

After practicing yoga for a decade, my practice took on a whole different meaning when I was diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder and PTSD.

 

 Yoga and meditation were two of the main tools that supported me on my healing journey - and ultimately helped me to heal.

 

They are now key in to maintaining my physical and mental wellbeing, which is why I decided to retrain and share them with the world.
